On 13 January, Economic Development and Research Center presented the results of the Research on “Budget Policies and Welfare of Population. Shirak, Lori, Tavush” Research.
The main goal of this research is to study the state and community programmess aimed at multidimensional poverty in Armenia, particularly in Shirak, Lori and Tavush marzes and their impacts, to create a basis for discussing the relevance of implemented budget policies and the needs of beneficiary groups.
The research was conducted by the Economic Development and Research Center (EDRC) within the framework of “Community Poverty Reduction “Know How”” Project. The project is funded by the European Union and implemented in cooperation with the Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC), Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) and Hrant Matevosyan Foundation.
