On 28-29 July, Economic Development and Research Centre presented the Independent Evaluation Results of  the “At-Home Social Services to the Single Elderly” State Budget Programmes.

The evaluation of budgetary programs is aimed at raising the public awareness about such projects, expand discussions and dialogues, and encourage policymakers in the framework of program efficiency development.

The independent evaluation of these budget programs was carried out by the Economic Development and Research Center (EDRC) in the framework of the “Increasing Civil Society Participation in National Policy Dialogue in Armenia” project implemented together with Oxfam and funded by the EU.
