The report presents the scope of strategic and budgetary policies with a potential direct impact on multidimensional poverty as well as the main needs of the population of beneficiary marzes and the public services aimed to address those needs, their accessibility and the level of consumption.

“Budget Policies and Welfare of Population. Shirak, Lori, Tavush” Research was conducted by  the Economic Development and Research Center (EDRC) within the framework of the “Community Poverty Reduction “Know How”” Project. The Project is funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with the Caucasus Research Resource Center-Armenia, Eurasia Partnership Foundation-Armenia, and Hrant Matevosyan Foundation.
